Diagnosis Of CAN - timeout For Vehicles With An Automatic Transmission

A signal failure occur if the following conditions are fulfilled for a delay period from the end-of-start.
- terminal voltage 15 is on
- battery voltage is greater than 8.512 Volts, and
- no CAN information.
